Willow Falls Resort - Wedding and Event Venue

This is the most beautiful venue and the staff are so responsive and willing to help! Amy and Kendra worked with us to create the perfect day, and day-of were instrumental in pulling it off. Being able to rent out the cabins was truly AMAZING and made our wedding weekend so much less stressful. It felt like a retreat! We even had canoes and hot tubs! The cabins are all super nice and worked perfectly. The outdoor ceremony site is beautiful, and Amy was there to make sure it was ready to go day of. Similarly, the indoor space was beautiful and was set up as discussed and ready to go for us when we arrived, and they even gave us early access! They also had some decor items we could use. My reasoning for 4 stars is really just growing pains - a few opportunities for growth were that the linens were incredibly wrinkled, some communication was scattered/delayed (but they always answered our questions), and our tour could've been more thorough (be proud of the beautiful place you've built!). Also, we ended up hiring an external coordinator, and I was glad we did! Amy did a great job from the venue side, but it was good having someone coordinate from the logistics and wedding side as well. Thank you so much for everything! It was perfect!

Beautiful venue and resort. We only rented one cabin, Creekside Cabin. It was nice, spacious, and had everything you’d expect. The internet, however, was another story. I know, you don’t go to the mountains for internet but I actually planned to work there, but wasn’t able. We called and texted but got impersonal service and no one came by. They told us it was just mountain interference, which didn’t make sense to me. It clearly says they have internet on the ad for the cabin. The cabin had multiple TVs but none worked because, again, there was no internet. I know, I know, it is a first world problem. But nevertheless an issue if it is advertised as such. At this cabin you are beside a large parking lot, so go in knowing that. Other than that side of the cabin, which no windows face, the other views are fantastic. Other than that, we lived our stay.

I simply cant put into words how wonderful this venue is. It is absolutely gorgeous with endless possibilities for decorating. Me and my husband go married here on 1/6/24 and it was a dream come true. the cabins are spacious and gorgeous. the venue is very well kept. For the price of the venue and what all is included I would urge anyone looking for a venue to book with Willow Falls Resort. I had the opportunity to work with Kendra, and I cant say enough good things about her. She was always right there helping with anything that she could, she was extremely attentive *and we were not the easiest to deal with LOL* but she did it with a smile on her face and made me feel relaxed. She literally handled anything I asked her too. The venue is lucky to have her. I wish i wouldve gotten to know Amy a little more, but when we did chat she was quick with a the response and also extremely helpful. Honestly, i 100% recommend this venue!! BIG THANKS TO WILLOW FALLS AND KENDRA FOR MAKING MY WEDDING DREAMS COME TRUE!!!

I truly cannot recommend Willow Falls Resort enough - from our first venue tour to having our dream wedding there, the entire process working with Amy and Kendra was enjoyable, seamless, and most importantly, FUN! We booked the entire property (4 cabins and wedding venue) for our wedding weekend and it was truly perfect. Having all of our friends and family stay on property with us made the weekend so special. The entire property is SO beautiful and Willow Falls made sure to make our experience extremely personalized. I would recommend this venue ten times over - we will definitely be back!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this venue!!!! We cannot wait to book with them again! They went the full 100 EXTRA miles for the entire family! Such a beautiful place to relax, have fun and make new memories! The wedding was that much more special to us! Also a big THANK YOU to Amy for helping accommodate our disabled family members so they could enjoy the experience with everyone one of us there! I cannot wait for the next trip! P.S. I would have more photos if I wouldn’t have kept misplacing my phone lol!

Beautiful venue with lots of included resources. Has a kitchen, bar section, indoor/outdoor entertainment space, places for party and family members to stay the night, pond with canoes (beware of spiders). Place was gorgeous. Bathrooms were a little tight. Bridal cabin had plenty of good sized mirrors in it and a nice getting ready room (unfortunately the lighting made applying makeup a little weird due to the position of the van lights, need to either be real close to the mirror or lean back). Highly recommend for a wedding.

Willow Falls was a dream come true when it came to a wedding venue. Having the entire venue all weekend with the addition of the cabins that were spectacular for my guest, relaxing and less stress on me as a bride. The venue it self is absolutely breath taking and worked so well for my large guest count. The staff was exceptionally nice and overly accommodating to every need. Our guest have had only great things to say about their experience and absolutely loved the venue and the cabins. Highly recommended venue to host any occasion you have!! 10/10!

Worth the drive, this beautiful venue is a dream! The staff and facilities available are great, and you truly cannot beat the view. Do yourself a favor and book a tour today! We love working with the Willow Falls staff, and you will too.
